These datasets are described in https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.05.25.542363. Dual plane voltage imaging was performed on somas and dendrites of L2/3 neurons using Optopatch-V. Constructs were expressed with in utero and single cell electroporation. Labelled tissue was stained with JF608 dye. We used a custom one-photon microscope to perform the experiments.
