This experiment aimed to assess whether the voltage-sensitive dye Di-8-ANEPPS can be effectively used with a strobe fluorescence microscopy system. CHO cells were loaded with 5 µM Di-8-ANEPPS for 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark, replacing FluoVolt.
