Effect of pulse repetition rate on electroporation by 5 600ns unipolar or 600+600ns bipolar pulses (second phase's amplitude was 50% in relation to the first pulse's amplitude), at 833kHz, 500kHz, 100kHz, 10kHz. The electrodes were two parallel stainless-steel cylinders, 1.5 mm in diameter and 3 mm apart. Supported by NIH 1R21EY034258
