Patch-seq (whole-cell patch-clamp recordings with subsequent RNA extraction and sequencing) data from human neocortical neurons, collected in the Mansvelder lab as part of the U01 Lein PatchSeq project. The dataset contains current-clamp and voltage-clamp electrophysiological recordings from 12 human subjects.
