2-photon calcium imaging in the mouse visual cortex with a reduced set of drifting gratings stimulus. Mouse is awake on a running wheel. The goal is to have an increased number of stationary and runnig trials in order to make more rigorous comparison of the influence of locomotion on visual responses.
